At CRDI, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your parcel at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once inspected.
